Tractor Service Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Tractor Service Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for tractors and agricultural equipment. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related problems, supporting dealers and customers, and ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director

Subordinates: Workshop Supervisors, Field Service Technicians, Parts Specialists

• The Service After Sales Manager ensures high-quality post-purchase support for agricultural machinery (tractors, combine harvesters, implements, and sprayers).
• The core objective is to minimize machinery downtime for farmersespecially during critical planting and harvesting seasons
• Optimizing workshop efficiency, growing spare parts sales, and managing warranty frameworks
