该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.

Ensures import/export of goods or technology complies with applicable government laws and regulations.

Responsibilities can include classification of goods or technology being imported/exported, obtaining import/export licenses, completion or retention of required documentation and compilation of reports.

Responsibilities Responsibilities could also include analysis of import/export processes, programs or projects to determine methods for improving efficiency or effectiveness and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (including government authorities). Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Trade/Customs Compliance, Supply Chain/Logistics Management etc. or a related field.

5 years + working experience in import/export area.

Verification of EAR applicability and ECCN-related information

End-user / counterparty screening.

Classification of export types by equipment, parts, and raw materials.

Prior review of repair, cleaning, disposal, transfer, and sale casesCross-functional collaboration with HQ Compliance, Legal, IT, Fab, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Establishment and stabilization of the Export Control system and process.

Audit response and record keeping.

Review of China Dual-Use requirements, AEO, customs classification, country of origin, and trade mode compliance.
