Trade & Operations Executive

• Handle import/export orders, including contracts, shipment tracking, logistics coordination and payment follow-up.
• Prepare and review trade/shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, B/L, certificates of origin and customs documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders on bookings, shipments, B/L checking and cargo tracking.
• Support L/C document review, discrepancies, bank submissions, trade finance and bank-related matters.
• Prepare CIF/CFR/FOB quotations, cost calculations and support payment follow-up, bank reconciliation and customer records.
• Handle office administration, compliance documentation and liaison with ACRA, IRAS, Singapore Customs, banks and service providers.
