Trade Assistant

IMGS Group is looking for a Trade Operations & Execution Assistant to support the execution of international commodity transactions from contract signing to shipment and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase and sales contracts
• Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, shipping lines, brokers, ports, and freight forwarders
• Follow up on vessel schedules, loading, discharge, and delivery
• Prepare and check shipping and commercial documents
• Handle Letters of Credit and other payment documentation
• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates to management
• Manage multiple transactions and deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in trade, logistics, shipping, or commodity operations
• Experience in agricultural commodities is an advantage
• Good knowledge of shipping and trade documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
