Trade Assistant

Airswift is currently partnering with a well-established engineering contractor to source Trade Assistants for a major upcoming project based in Henderson, WA.

With a large scope of work commencing in the week of 5 October, successful candidates will join a busy team working 12-hour days, 6 days per week for approximately 4 weeks. Immediate starts are available, and candidates can be mobilised quickly with no formal client interview process required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist mechanical trades and workshop personnel with maintenance and project activities
• Support marine and industrial project work
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Complete site, client and project inductions as required
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Trade Assistant in an industrial, workshop and maintenance environment
• Current Working at Heights ticket
• Current Confined Space Entry ticket
• Current Fire Sentry ticket (Desirable)
• White Card
• EWP and/or Basic Rigging tickets highly regarded but not essential
