Work Details

• Location: Dalby, Queensland
• Hours: Full time + OT
• Pay: Up to $85,000 + Super
• Long-term role with potential to move up

What you'll do

• Support a boilermaker with routine and reactive maintenance on infrastructure, plant, and equipment across a large-scale farming operation
• Assist with fabrication, installation, and repair of structural components — sheds, yards, feed systems, and general site infrastructure
• Prep and clean work areas, tools, and materials; help troubleshoot faults on site
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• General labouring — lifting, assembling, and moving materials or equipment
• Work alongside a boilermaker and site teams to keep operations running smoothly

What you'll need

• Previous experience in a trade assistant or welding experience (preferred)
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and safe work practices
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Current driver's licence
• White Card, or willing to obtain one
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites

Forklift, EWP, confined space, or working at heights tickets? Even better.
