Trade Audit Associate

• In-Store Execution & Trade Auditing: Conduct regular trade audits across assigned retail and wholesale stores to ensure trade marketing plans, in-store promotions, and campaign activities are executed accurately and consistently according to national and regional guidelines
• Planogram (POG) & On-Shelf Availability (OSA) Compliance: Inspect store shelf layouts, product availability, stocking levels, and planogram adherence across retail outlets to reduce stockouts and maintain brand standards[1][2].
• POSM & Brand Visibility Monitoring: Evaluate the deployment, placement, visual condition, and stock levels of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), including wobblers, shelf talkers, top shelves, side bins, gondolas, product testers, samples, and Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) items
• Promotional & Pricing Compliance Validation: Verify in-store promotional activities, including markups/markdowns, discounts, bundled offers, retailer incentives, and campaign durations against established guidelines and agreements
• Data Collection: Gather field data and store feedback during market visits to capture execution gaps, non-conformities, store concerns, and competitor activities
• Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis: Analyze sales data and campaign performance metrics to evaluate sales uplift and promotional Return on Investment (ROI), providing actionable insights to management
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Support: Provide audit findings and recommendations to Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams to resolve field issues and support retail staff on visual merchandising guidelines.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
