Trade Compliance Supervisor

Position Objective

Provide support to the commercial team through customer service, preparation of quotations and proposals, pricing management, and EVMI data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Provide follow-up and support to customers.
• Coordinate Business Reviews with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams.
• Create and update accounts, customers, projects, and pricing information in EVMI.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Support cross-selling activities.
• Coordinate complementary services with external suppliers.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, quotations, or related activities.
• B2 English proficiency is required; C1 is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Availability to work on-site.
