We are building a Talent Pool of Trade Development Representatives (TDRs) for current and future opportunities across various regions. If you are passionate about sales, relationship building, and working within the informal trade sector, we would like to hear from you.

As a TDR, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting Distribution Agents while driving growth and performance within your allocated territory.

📍 Location Requirement

To effectively service the territory, applicants should ideally:

✅ Reside in the above mentioned areas or surrounding areas

✅ Be located within reasonable travelling distance of the main taxi rank or transport hub in the city

✅ Have a good understanding of the local trading environment and communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new Distribution Agents

• Train and support agents to drive performance and growth

• Conduct regular trade visits and territory management activities

• Gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities

• Support promotional and branding initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships within the trade sector

Minimum Requirements:

✔ Matric/Grade 12

✔ 1-3 years' experience in sales, field marketing, business development, distribution, or related environments

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Computer literacy (MS Office)

✔ Understanding of the informal market sector

✔ Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
