Trade Engagement & Projects Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and monitor strategic sales and trade engagement projects.
• Ensure projects are aligned with the sales strategy and delivered on time.
• Coordinate with PMM and TBTD on launches, offers, and trade activities.
• Manage trade programs, customer incentives, and activity budgets.
• Track KPIs, margins, pricing, competition, and project performance.
• Prepare regular project and trade engagement reports for management.
• Ensure effective internal and external sales communication and engagement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
