*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced Banking Operations & Trade Finance Executive to manage day-to-day banking activities, trade finance transactions, import-export documentation, bank coordination, compliance reporting, and financial analysis. The candidate will be responsible for managing banking relationships, credit facilities, remittances, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Banking Operations*

• Manage day-to-day banking operations including fund transfers, cheque processing, online banking transactions, and bank reconciliations.

• Monitor daily cash flow and bank balances to support effective liquidity management.

• Coordinate with banks for account management, KYC updates, documentation, and resolution of banking-related issues.

• Track banking transactions and ensure timely closure of pending items.

*Trade Finance & Import-Export Operations*

• Handle import-export finance transactions including Pre-Shipment Credit, Bill Discounting, and international wire transfers.

• Coordinate with banks and internal teams for shipping bills, invoices, Bills of Entry, and other trade-related documentation.

• Manage import and export remittances and ensure timely closure of bills.

• Handle IDPMS and EDPMS documentation and ensure compliance with applicable banking and export-import requirements.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies raised by banks and regulatory authorities.

*Banking Relationship & Credit Facilities*

• Coordinate with multiple banks for sanction limit renewal and documentation.

• Manage banking relationships and ensure timely submission of financial and compliance documents.

• Maintain updated KYC records and coordinate with banks for credit facility requirements.

• Assist in managing working capital and banking facilities.

*Financial Reporting & Analysis*

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.

• Prepare CMA data and financial analysis reports for management and banking requirements.

• Prepare banking MIS and compliance reports for management review.

• Maintain proper audit trails and documentation for financial and banking transactions.

*Audit & Compliance*

• Prepare and submit financial reports such as FFR-I, FFR-II and ASM Audit Reports within stipulated timelines.

• Ensure banking transactions and documentation comply with regulatory and audit requirements.

• Support reconciliation, audit documentation, and statutory/regulatory reporting.

• Assist in improving banking processes and system modifications.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Trade Finance, Finance, or Import-Export Operations.

• Strong knowledge of banking transactions and import-export documentation.

• Working knowledge of IDPMS and EDPMS.

• Experience in handling multiple banking relationships and credit facilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with accounting/ERP systems such as SAP Business One is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

• Good command of English, Hindi

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
