Job Summary

RC Work Supervisor

: Lead and supervise reinforced concrete site operations, ensuring precise execution of structural works, safety compliance, and effective coordination with project teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for sub-foremen, rebar fixers, formwork carpenters, and concreters to ensure timely project progress

Oversee rebar installation, formwork erection, concrete pouring, sampling, and structural curing to meet quality and safety standards

Interpret structural drawings and bar bending schedules to guide accurate construction activities

Conduct pre-pour checks and liaise with RTO/RE consultants to secure official structural clearances before concrete works

Submit daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material updates directly to the Project Manager for project tracking

Maintain strict site safety by performing risk assessments and enforcing Permit-to-Work (PTW) protocols

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2–5 years of site supervisory experience in reinforced concrete and structural works in Singapore

Strong ability to read and interpret complex structural and shop drawings for construction accuracy

Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) / CSSC certification

Willingness to work a standard 6-day work week

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Excellent leadership skills demonstrated through effective team supervision and coordination

Effective communication skills to liaise with project teams and consultants

Problem-solving skills applied to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow
