Trade Marketing Associate

A Trade Marketing Associate translates marketing campaigns into effective store-level, customer-facing, and channel-specific executions that drive visits, orders, product trial, and sales.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

● One to three years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, operations, events,

retail, F&B, or activations

● Understands basic product marketing for the formulation of promotions

● Strong coordination and logistical skills

● Willingness to visit stores and conduct field checks

● Good understanding of point-of-sale materials and retail execution

● Ability to manage vendors, production deadlines, and installation requirements

● Strong organization and documentation skills

● Ability to communicate with store managers and Operations teams

● Basic budgeting and quotation-comparison skills

● Proficiency in spreadsheets, presentations, and project-management tools

● Willingness to travel between locations may be useful, depending on the branch network

● Driver’s license (For either car or motorcycles) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

● Convert campaign plans into store execution plans.

● Develop store kits, examples would be:

• Posters
• Table tents
• Counter cards
• Menu inserts
• Window decals
• Standees
• Digital-screen assets
• Staff communication materials
• Lead for Marketing on store openings
• OOH activations

● Coordinate production, delivery, installation, and removal of in-store materials

● Maintain a calendar of store-level marketing activities

● Coordinate with operations and store managers regarding campaign mechanics and

deadlines

● Conduct store-readiness checks before campaign launch

● Monitor whether promotional materials are correctly installed and displayed

● Support product launches, store openings, renovations, and local activations

● Coordinate with delivery platforms and online-ordering partners regarding promotional

visibility

● Support mall, landlord, community, corporate, school, and local business partnerships

● Coordinate events, sampling, merchandising, and other customer-facing activities

● Track production and activation budgets

● Maintain vendor and supplier relationships

● Gather store feedback and report execution issues

● Take photos or collect proof of execution from branches

● Prepare post-activation reports and recommendations

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
