- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Others Or Equivalent
- At least 1 years of working experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development in FMCG Company is necessary.
- Required Skills: Strategical Thinking, Analytical Skill, Management Skill, Communication Skill, Leadership Skill, Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Adept personality and able to work with multiple stakeholder
- Familiar with Manado Area
Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead area strategy based on consumer, shopper, and channel insight
- Collaborate with trade marketing head office and sales team for execution channel strategies
- Analyzing monthly KPIs Performance to find issue and improvement for increase sales achievement
- Implementing, monitoring, and improving all MTI channel activities
- Willing to be placed to all area in Indonesia
