TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare sales, business review, and new product launch presentation decks for internal management, principals, and retail chain buyers.

• Compile monthly/quarterly trade marketing reports summarizing campaign performance, sell-in/sell-out results, and key market insights.

• Support Marketing Manager with data and visuals for principal meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Marketing Budget Tracking

• Track and reconcile marketing/trade spend against sales performance by brand and by retail chain.

• Maintain a budget-vs-actual tracker highlighting variances and ROI per campaign or activity.

• Flag overspend or underutilized budget to the Marketing Manager on a monthly basis.

Forecasting & Inventory Planning

• Prepare and update sales forecasts by brand and by retail chain to support inventory and replenishment planning.

• Monitor stock levels against forecast, flagging slow-moving or at-risk-of-stockout SKUs to the sales and supply chain teams.

• Align forecast assumptions with upcoming promotions, new launches, and seasonal demand to minimize excess stock or lost sales.

On-Site Outlet Visits & Space Approvals

• Conduct on-site visits to modern trade outlets to assess shelf, gondola, and secondary display space.

• Liaise with sales merchandising/store teams to obtain space approvals for planograms, displays, and promotional activities.
