Trade Marketing Manager - MT

Full Year Business Planning for Modern Trade

• Own the full year MT forecast for Sell Out, NSV & CCMA. Input Promotion, Innovation & Delisting plans to Sales Performance & S&OP team to ensure forecast accuracy.
• Translate category and marketing plans into actionable trade plans for MT.
• Identify and roll-out strategic channel transformation initiatives and new platform strategies across MT.
• Structure and standardize performance monitoring for the MT channel.

Lead JBP & Year Deal Strategy

• Lead the total storyline and priorities for Key Account JBP.
• Design annual year-deal proposals per account to meet both business and customer goals.
• Support and coach the Sales team in step-by-step customer negotiations.
• Lead D&A Investment Strategy revamp: shift from cost-ratio to activity-based planning, and from sell-in/sell-out to offtake-based to maximize ROI.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Min. 8 years' experience in Trade Marketing / Category / Key Account in FMCG, with min. 3 years handling Modern Trade. Proven
• Proven track record in leading JBP and Year Deal negotiation with top MT customers.
• Strong analytical skills, knowledge in Nielsen and Tableau, business & S&OP process acumen
• Excel advanced
• Strong stakeholder management, influence, and presentation skills.
