Trade Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full spectrum of documentary trading transaction and deliver timely and quality service to support trading business.

· Making and checking LC, handling checking documents for import and export as per LC terms.

· Liaise with counterparties/bankers for the submission of Import and Export documentation.

· Report to Head Office of the LC work process.

· Handle matter regarding physical trade and futures.

· Perform trade-related transactions reconciliation.

· Monitor and maintain good documentation and recordkeeping.

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma with at least 1-2 year of Trade support experience.

· Prior experience working in Commodity /export-import operation will be preferred.

· Familiar with shipping Incoterms (eg. UCP600) and import/export customs procedure are an advantage.

· Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
