About the role
Responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across distributors, depots, and trade outlets through inspections, audits, complaint investigations, and technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct trade outlet, distributor, and depot audits
- Verify compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Investigate customer complaints and recommend corrective actions
- Perform product evaluations and risk assessments
- Conduct Food Safety and Product Handling training for stakeholders
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Quality teams on quality-related concerns
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or any related Science course
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or related field
- Knowledgeable in food safety, auditing, and compliance
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel and perform field-based work
