Trade Relationship Manager

About the Role

We're hiring a Trade Relationship Manager to grow our presence in the travel trade ecosystem. You'll drive group and cabin sales through travel agencies, consolidators, and tour operators, and help achieve regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies for the travel trade segment
• Build and nurture relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, and tour operators
• Train partners on product knowledge and provide promotional tools
• Track leads, inquiries, and conversions across the agency network
• Represent the brand at travel exhibitions, roadshows, and trade events
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth bookings, payments, and service delivery
• Gather market and competitor intelligence
• Monitor partner performance and share regular reports with the regional B2B head

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B sales or trade relations experience in travel and hospitality (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the travel agency and tour operator ecosystem in the region
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner accounts and close sales
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and pipeline management
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (master's preferred)
• Exposure to cruise, leisure, or group travel sales is an advantage
