- Order Processing & Documentation: Prepare and process purchase orders, delivery receipts (DR), invoices, quotations, and trade agreements.
- Client & Account Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for trade/wholesale customers, answering product or pricing inquiries and resolving order issues.
- Sales & Trade Reporting: Assist in tracking sales forecasts, trade spending, margins, and customer performance reports.
- Inventory & Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
- Administrative Assistance: Maintain CRM databases, update client records, and prepare pre-trade or market update summaries
