Trade Sales Support

Are you a natural on the phone, love solving problems, and take pride in giving customers a great experience? Our CARTERS Whitianga Branch is looking for a Trade Sales Support person to be the vital link between our trade customers, Account Managers, and the wider branch - making sure orders are placed, queries are sorted, and every customer walks away with a great experience.

• Process customer orders accurately and quickly resolve any issues to keep customers satisfied
• Follow up on back orders to ensure full tracking and fulfilment
• Provide outstanding customer service by recommending suitable products, preparing and loading orders, and completing sales documentation accurately
• Keeping order records accurate whilst building genuine, long-term relationships with our customers
• Supporting our Account Managers and wider team with customer queries, orders and information

About You

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan, priorities and deliver outcomes effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication, confident engaging with people at all levels of the organisation
• A team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
• Good computer skills with a solid grasp of technology
• Possibly from an EA/PA background, comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Previous experience in customer service or a sales-related role
