What You’ll Do

• Post-Trade Execution: Perform seamless trade matching, allocations, confirmations, and settlement submissions to custodians.
• Client & Static Data Management: Lead client onboarding, manage static data, and resolve workflow/fail issues with top-tier touchpoints.
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Oversee daily trade, tax, and regulatory reporting to exchanges alongside monthly commission claim reconciliations and CSA requests.
• Process Optimization: Build operational efficiency by tracking performance metrics (pre-match/fail rates) and launching new automated solutions.

What You Bring

• Operations Expertise: Hands-on experience in post-trade, settlements, and the APAC equities settlement lifecycle (middle/back-office systems).

• Market Savvy: Strong familiarity with sell-side/buy-side trading environments and cash equity products.

• Communication & Drive: Outstanding client management skills, a proactive mindset, and quick adaptability.

• Experience with DTCC CTM and Alert.

• Exposure to Fixed Income or multi-asset post-trade processing.
