About the Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Trade Show Booth Representative to join our team at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon from October 13 to October 15, 2026.

You’ll be part of our booth team throughout the three-day event, helping us welcome visitors, introduce our company and solutions and connect interested attendees with the appropriate members of our team.

You don’t need to be an aviation expert. We’ll provide onboarding and product information on the morning of the first day so you feel comfortable introducing our catalogue and speaking with visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and proactively engage with visitors approaching our booth
• Provide a brief introduction to our company, products, and solutions
• Present our product catalogue based on the training provided
• Understand visitors’ areas of interest and guide them to the appropriate member of our team
• Help keep the booth welcoming, organized, and professional
• Support the team with general booth activities as needed
• Represent our company professionally throughout the event

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to work with someone who is:

• Fluent in English, this is a must
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Professional and confident in an international business/event environment
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and available for all three days (October 13–15)
• Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods
• Able to quickly learn basic information about our products and communicate it clearly
• Willing to follow our event dress code throughout the three days

Nice to Have:

• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in trade shows, exhibitions, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or other customer-facing roles
• Experience interacting with international customers or business professionals

Compensation & What We Provide

• €10–€15 per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications
• Onboarding and product training on the morning of October 13
• Guidance and support from our team throughout the event
• An opportunity to work alongside an international aviation technology team at one of the industry's major events

Important

This is a three-day temporary opportunity, and applicants must be available for the full duration of the event from October 13–15, 2026.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Portugal.
