Trade Show Coordinator

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing events to life? Join our team and play a key role in coordinating the logistics that make successful trade shows, courses, and events possible! In this role, you’ll help manage event materials, shipping and freight, hotel reservations, and equipment to ensure everything is delivered and ready on time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain event displays and materials, and occasionally travel to support events in person.

What You Bring: At least three years of progressively responsible professional or administrative experience in marketing, trade shows, event planning, or a related field, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Essential Functions:

• Assists with coordination of event logistics, including but not limited to materials, freight, and
• Coordinates hotel room blocks and individual reservations for event attendees, including courses and
• Coordinates with appropriate teams for delivery of event materials in a timely manner, including literature, display models, A/V, and
• Inspects and maintains display materials, including equipment, literature and
• Coordinates materials list for trade shows, courses, and remote
• Schedules carrier pick-ups to and from
• Travels to events occasionally.

Pay Range: $24.58-$26.00
