• TS Budget Allocation：构建年度/季度预算框架，结合政策导向与追加投资需求实现动态调整。 Develop annual/quarterly strategic budget framework with dynamic adjustments based on policy and extra investment needs
• Monthly Cycle (AIO)：管理月度费用预算全流程审批，实时监控执行偏差，确保目标达成节奏，协同财务月度关账 Manage approval of monthly AIO, monitor execution variances to target, and collaborate with finance for monthly closing
• TS Review Process：建立TS绩效评估标准，输出专项分析报告，设立总部项目备案Establish Trade performance evaluation criteria, produce specialized analysis reports, and create a special project case library
• Promotion Guideline：季度商贸政策发布（促销价格和投资力度）Publish quarterly promotion price and investment guideline. 职位要求： 任职要求：
