Our client is looking for an experienced Trade Support Consultant specialised in OTC and complex financial products. The consultant will join Global Operations - Transaction Processing, ensuring transactions are accurately captured in position-keeping systems and aligned with service providers, internal stakeholders and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

·  Manage and oversee OTC trade capture, booking and the full transaction lifecycle for complex financial products.

·  Ensure accurate transaction processing and consistency across internal systems and external service providers.

·  Investigate and resolve trade breaks, booking discrepancies and operational exceptions.

·  Monitor settlement and lifecycle events, identifying and escalating operational risks or issues.

·  Oversee outsourced activities performed by service providers, including BP2S and clearing houses.

·  Coordinate with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, counterparties and external providers, acting as an escalation point for complex trade-related issues.

Required Expertise

·  Strong hands-on experience in Trade Support or Middle Office within Asset Management or Investment Banking.

·  Strong expertise in OTC derivatives and complex financial products.

·  Excellent understanding of the OTC trade lifecycle, from execution and booking through confirmation, lifecycle events and settlement.

·  Strong experience in break investigation and resolution.

·  Experience interacting with custodians, clearing houses, counterparties and outsourced providers.

·  Ability to investigate complex operational issues and coordinate their resolution across multiple stakeholders.

·  English speaker, French is a plus
