What they need
- Trademark Filing & Prosecution: Assist in handling, coordinating, drafting, amending, and compiling trademark applications, registration documentations, licensing agreements, and assignment documents.
- Search, Research & Overseas Coordination: Conduct local and international trademark searches and IP database surveys. Liaise with overseas IP agents/associates to coordinate foreign filings, renewals, search reports, and prosecution matters.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive trademark search reports, classification analysis, and official filing documentations.
- Portfolio & Deadline Management: Prepare and maintain system records, monitor official deadlines, handle reporting, follow up, and assist in responding to Office Actions/objections with respective government departments and IP offices.
- Administrative Support: Responsible for general administrative duties and ad-hoc IP matters as and when required.
