Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
- Valid driver's license
Experience :
- Experience working in the following trade/operational areas: building maintenance (carpentry and painting), plumbing, electrical, housekeeping and inventory management
Additional Considerations:
Education:
- Training or course work in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC or electrical work
Experience:
- Experience working at a college/university, fitness center or public assembly facility, including arenas, convocation centers, or theaters
- Experience using computers and computer programs
