Tradesman Service Plumbers

Hourly Pay, Bonuses & Financial Section

**We are a RESIDENTIAL SERVICE COMPANY (with some light commercial service) located in Dickinson, TX. Must have strong residential service experience.

Tradesman - Hourly Scale

$24 - $28 Hour

Based on merit/experience & length of employment.

Tradesman - Year End Bonus

$500 - $750

Paid each year. Amount of range is based on length of employment, not "sales" based. (No benefit offered is "sales" based.)

Tradesman - Fuel Allowance

$200 Monthly

Company trucks are not taken home due to liability purposes. Instead, the Company pays this allowance monthly on the employee's check to cover some of their transportation expenses to/from work.

SIMPLE IRA

2% Contribution

The Company contributes an amount equal to 2% of the employee's salary to a SIMPLE IRA. These contributions are made for each paycheck throughout the year and are fully vested.

• EMPLOYEES DO NOT have to contribute/match to receive this benefit (employee contributions are optional).

Plumbers - Performance Bonus

$1000 Monthly

This bonus is based on certain factors such as attendance, low amount of call-backs, adherence to standard company protocols/procedures, etc. (it is NOT "sales" based). Licensed plumbers can earn this bonus each month.

Communications Allowance

$100 Monthly

Instead of having a personal and work phone, the employee is required to use their personal phone for work purposes to communicate with staff. This set up allows the Company to provide this benefit toward a personal cost of the employee since it is also being used for work purposes. The Company still provides tablets for plumbers to use during work hours to review/complete their schedules and invoicing.

Tool/Boot Allowance

$400 Annually

This benefit is to help replace and cover some of the costs for personal tools and/or boots the employee must have for work. This is a reimbursed benefit (paid when receipts for approved expenses are turned in).

Annual CE + License Renewal

100% Paid

The Company pays the cost for CE and the annual license renewal fee (excluding master licenses).

Obtaining License

100% Paid

The Company pays the cost to obtain a Tradesman or Journeyman license (excludes Master License). This includes:

• Prep Course/Required Classes
• Testing Fee
• License Fee
• One Night Hotel Stay in Austin (The night before test is scheduled.)

Family Focused Shifts

$ Priceless

We work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. No on call shifts, no rotating holidays (we close on most major holidays), no weekends. You are not required to work a 10 or 12 hour shift during the week just to have a job.

Employees can opt to work through lunch hours to get overtime or if overtime is requested we will schedule accordingly but it is not required to have a job here. We believe in having a family life too!
