Job Responsibilities

1. Channel Development & Management
2. Recruit, train and maintain agents/channel partners for Trad Fi products in target markets; build a multi-tier agent system, design channel incentive schemes and drive agents to bring in high-quality trading users consistently.
3. User Conversion Execution
4. Create customized BD plans for crypto stock traders, traditional forex traders and equity investors. Prioritize cooperation with crypto KOLs/community leaders, MT4/MT5 forex broker groups for user migration, as well as traditional equity margin financing/private equity institutions for client conversion.
5. Market & Competitor Intelligence
6. Monitor local regulatory updates, competitor moves and user feedback, share insights with operations and product teams. Design tailored regional BD strategies for high short-selling demand markets such as South Korea.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
8. Work with operations to launch channel campaigns including trading competitions and rebate programs to boost channel engagement; relay agent & user product feedback to drive Trad Fi feature upgrades.

Job Requirements

1. Proven sales/agent management experience in MT4/MT5 forex brokerage sector with solid forex agent network;
2. Existing connections in traditional stock/margin financing industry, good knowledge of retail equity investors’ trading behavior;
3. Basic understanding of the crypto industry;
4. Strong negotiation & resource integration skills, able to end-to-end execute channel expansion and conversion projects independently;
5. Familiar with crypto regulations and user ecosystem across APAC, especially Southeast Asia and South Korea;
6. Highly self-driven and comfortable with KPI/result-based performance review.
