Trading Controller

Position Purpose

Aligned with corporate objectives and supply chain goals, the Procurement Control role coordinates purchasing, sales, and inventory planning. Keyresponsibilities include executing purchase orders, monitoring inventorymetrics, and optimising end-to-end supply chain efficiency. This encompassesdemand forecasting, procurement strategy development, inventory control,supplier performance management, and resource integration. Throughdata-driven analysis and process improvements, the role enhances inventoryturnover, ensures product availability, reduces costs, and drives operationalefficiency, ultimately securing supply chain stability and achieving businesstargets.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning Management: Interface with procurement, sales, and suppliers to develop monthly/quarterly/annual inventory, sales, and procurement plans. Dynamically adjust forecasting models and procurement rhythms to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet turnover efficiency targets. Procurement Execution Tracking: Execute purchase orders and monitor delivery progress. Utilize automation tools to improve replenishment efficiency, ensure product availability and customer experience, and reduce stock-out risks. Inventory Lean Operations: Analyze inventory structure characteristics, develop replenishment strategies and slow-moving inventory control plans, optimize key metrics such as turnover rate and long-aged inventory, and continuously improve inventory health. Supplier Collaboration and Optimization: Manage supplier performance through tiered evaluations, production scheduling coordination, and supply chain solution development to enhance delivery timeliness and flexible supply capabilities. Supply Chain Efficiency Enhancement: Identify efficiency bottlenecks across the entire supply chain, drive the development of automation tools, optimize system processes, and implement innovation projects to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and resource integration goals.

Key Requirements

• Education & Language: Associate degree or above; Cantonese proficiency is required as a working language.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or E-commerce industry.
• Core Competencies: Proven experience in the retail sector (especially daily necessities), covering inventory control & planning, supplier management, system process optimization, and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration, high resilience under pressure, agility, and meticulous attention to detail.

职位核心职责描述：

1.需求规划管理

对接采购、销售及供应商，制定月度/季度/年度的进销存（库存、销售及采购）计划。 • 动态调整需求预测模型与采购节奏，以确保最优库存水平并达成库存周转效率目标。

2.采购执行跟踪

执行采购订单并监控交货进度。 • 利用自动化工具提升补货效率，保障产品现货率及客户体验，同时降低缺货风险。

3.库存精益运营

分析库存结构特征，制定补货策略及呆滞料/长龄期库存控制方案。 • 优化周转率和长账龄库存等关键指标，持续提升库存健康度。

4.供应商协同与优化

通过分级评估管理供应商绩效，协调生产排期并制定供应链解决方案。 • 持续提升交期准时率与柔性供应能力。

5.供应链效率提升

识别全链路供应链的效率瓶颈，推动自动化工具的开发。 • 优化系统流程并实施创新项目，以实现降本增效与资源整合的目标。

任职要求：

副学士及以上学历，粤语可以作为工作语言 拥有起码3年及以上的快消或电商行业该领域相关经验

零售行业特别是日用品等行业拥有进销存规划、库存运营、供应商管理、系统流程优化、数据分析经验：
