Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years of demonstrably successful active trading experience in volatile markets.
- Proven track record of mentoring or coaching individuals in trading, with measurable success stories.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CMT (Chartered Market Technician) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are a significant advantage.
