Trading Operations & Settlement Specialist (WFH)

 
 
Job Description:

• Support trading settlements including OTC, RFQ, BizPay, and cryptocurrency buy and sell transactions.
• Monitor and manage trades from execution through settlement to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Perform daily data reconciliation and investigate any discrepancies or outstanding items.
• Process banking payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor deposits, withdrawals, and movement of funds across the platform.
• Prepare and maintain funds reports and settlement reports.
• Monitor available funds and balances to ensure sufficient funding for settlement activities.
• Maintain accurate trade, settlement, and banking records within internal systems.
• Coordinate with Traders, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve settlement and reconciliation issues.
• Escalate settlement risks, funding issues, or discrepancies in a timely manner.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in trading operations, settlements, banking, accounting, or financial operations.
• Strong experience in account reconciliation, banking transactions, and data reconciliation.
• Experience supporting trade settlements or financial transactions is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset trading is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities within strict timelines.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work from 10am to 7pm Hong Kong time, UTC+8.
