Trading Support Administrator / Trade Support Assistant (Fresh Welcome)

**Our client is a sizable multinational company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions : 

Position : Trading Support Officer / Trade Support Assistant (Fresh Graduate Welcome)**

Salary : $18,000-$20,000 / Negotiable (Deps on experience) 5 Days job

Requirements :

• Degree holder is a must, major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• Outstanding qualification is higher preferable
• At least 1 yr or above relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies
• Gained experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service Industries are an advantage
• Proficiency in SAP & Ms Office (Word, Excel and PowePoint & Ch.WP)
• Fluent spoken of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin (most important)
• Pleasant, Presentable, Smart, Aggressive, Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fresh Graduate with outstanding qualification will also be considered
• Immediate Available is an advantage

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily operation and order processing in SAP system
• Support the sales & trading team to provide administration support
• Assist in analyzing cash flow, cost and profit of funds
• Provide clerical support to the team such as preparing settlement, checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Collaborate skills needed to liaise with various internal departments to ensure orders are handled properly
• Assist team members & managers on general operations
