Trading Support Unit

Responsibilities

Join our international Trading Support team and step into the heart of market finance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Front Office and multiple banking teams, supporting the booking and validation of derivative exotic trades and their associated lifecycle events. Your future scope of responsibility will cover:

• Recording and validating transactions, including exotic derivatives
• Processing of associated lifecyle events
• Acting as a key interface between Front Office and support functions to resolve issues and ensure smooth trade processing
• Managing positions, performing controls, and contributing to process improvements
• Supporting system enhancements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborating with teams in Paris and Warsaw, gaining exposure to complex products and global tools

Profile required

You will be best suited for this role if:

• You hold a degree in market finance, mathematics, or a related field. Candidates with relevant internships or initial experience in market finance are welcome to apply
• You have strong analytical and logical skills, and a keen interest in financial markets
• You communicate fluently in English and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• You are proficient in Excel (VBA/macros is a plus) and have a strong sense of operational risk
• You are motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with the flexibility to work full-time shifts within the 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CET (Warsaw time) schedule
