後端開發工程師 / 交易核心專家 (Trading Systems)

崗位職責 / Responsibilities:

• 專職負責券商BSS系統、交易所、撮合引擎、賬戶資產清算、風控等核心模塊的設計與開發。
  Responsible for the design and development of core modules including broker BSS systems, exchanges, matching engines, account asset settlement, and risk control.
• 深度優化系統性能，實現極致的低延遲（Low-Latency）與高吞吐量處理。
  Deeply optimize system performance to achieve ultra-low latency and high-throughput processing.
• 編寫高質量、可維護的代碼，並參與系統重構。
  Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in system refactoring.

任職要求 / Requirements:

• 精通 C++ 或 Go 編程語言，具備扎實的底層網絡編程及多線程開發經驗。
  Proficient in C++ or Go programming languages, with solid experience in low-level network programming and multi-threading development.
• 熟練使用 AI 代碼生成及調試工具，能顯著提升開發與重構效率。
  Skilled in using AI code generation and debugging tools to significantly improve development and refactoring efficiency.
• 良好的算法與數據結構基礎，熟悉主流消息中間件與內存數據庫。
  Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, familiar with mainstream message middleware and in-memory databases.
• 具備券商、交易所或頂級金融科技公司核心交易系統開發經驗者優先。
  Experience in core trading system development at brokerage firms, exchanges, or top-tier fintech companies is preferred.
