Are you experienced in logistics, transportation coordination, and freight management? Join our team as a Traffic Analyst and play a key role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely deliveries!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate carriers and truck drivers based on availability, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Schedule and monitor shipments, delivery appointments, and transportation activities.
• Negotiate freight rates and secure competitive pricing from carriers.
• Track LTL, international, inbound, and outbound shipments.
• Monitor delivery exceptions and promptly communicate delays or issues to Customer Service.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Planning, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Review freight invoices, obtain carrier quotes, and prepare reports on premium freight charges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and operational efficiency.
• Handle urgent customer requests and ensure timely shipment updates.
• Utilize logistics systems such as OTM, Epicor, and 4Kites to optimize transportation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2–4 years of related experience in logistics, transportation, or freight coordination.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make sound business and financial decisions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
