What they need
- Coordinates with the AEO Team, and other parties like Ordering Parties, Accounting, Warehouse, and Purchasing
- Review HS classification and check if Form D/Certificate of Origin is needed
- Monitors documentary requirements for customs processing and ensure cancellation of Re-Export Bond
- Process PEZA LOA and corresponding shipping advise per shipment
- Prepares request for payment of duties and taxes, port and shipping lines charges, service providers billings and others
- Keep copies of export documents for audit purposes
- Prepares Transaction Order Form (TOF) for approval
- Makes timeline activity with the coordination of project owners
- Keeps data of exportation (non-regular shipments) including cost preparation
- Assist in Tagging or Labeling of export packages
- Process and Record Keeping of Shipping Advice (SA)
- Submission of export documents to Treasury
