Traffic Control (Flagger Certified)

Position Summary

We are seeking Laborers with active Traffic Control/Flagger certification to join our team. This role involves hands-on field work, assisting crews on site, and safely directing traffic to protect workers, drivers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain traffic control in accordance with state and company standards.
• Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely through construction zones.
• Assist crew with general labor duties such as trenching, shoveling, site cleanup, and material handling.
• Load, unload, and organize equipment and supplies.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Required: Active Traffic Control/Flagger certification card (state-recognized).
• Previous construction or utility laborer experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
• Day shift, with some overtime opportunities.
