Iron Guard is hiring full-time Traffic Control / Cart Associates immediately. Limited spots available.

Pay & Schedule

• $25.00/hour — paid weekly
• 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts
• One weekend day required each week

What You'll Do

Safety is the number one priority. You'll direct drivers into the lot and into designated spots, make sure loading zones are used correctly, prevent double parking, keep the lot clear, and organize carts before and after the daily rush (a concentrated 45–60 minute window). You'll also document policy violations by photographing license plates and package barcodes.

The shift follows the same routine about 95% of the time: organize carts, breaks, traffic control during the rush, organize carts again.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Able to stand and walk most of an 8-hour shift
• Able to push 50+ lbs
• Close-toed shoes
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

What We Provide

Gloves, safety vest, hand warmers in cold weather, and access to indoor vending, water. During active thunderstorms, operations pause and the team waits indoors or in vehicles until it's safe.

Please note: this is an outdoor position and you'll be on your feet most of the shift. Dress accordingly.
