Position Overview

We're looking for a TC, IMP and PWZ Trainer to join our team!

This role is primarily based at our Bankstown and Blacktown training facilities, as well as across various workplace locations. It involves delivering training for a range of nationally recognised courses, including the following units:

• RIISS00054 Traffic Controller Skill Set
• RIISS00055 Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set
• RIISS00056 Traffic Management Designer Skill Set

Whether you're an established trainer or an experienced industry individual ready to step into training, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, industry‑relevant training.
• Ensure all training meets industry standards, safety regulations, and RTO compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date training records and documentation.
• Keep current with industry trends, equipment updates, and best practices.
• Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home.

Requirements

• Hold the qualifications listed above
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated industry experience and the ability to provide currency.
• Experience in delivering courses in training environment
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
