Traffic Controller

We are currently looking for qualified self-motivated reliable Traffic Controllers in the Wellington region. The company we have partnered with has ongoing work and long-term projects available. These include both night shifts and day shifts.

About the Role:

• Assist with the setup of Temporary Traffic Management sites
• Monitor traffic and pedestrians and quickly respond as required
• Manage traffic to a safe standard
• Communicate with the STMS to keep the site running safely and efficiently
• Check and maintain equipment as instructed
• Work within the team to keep a safe and efficient site at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in the Traffic Management industry is required
• Full class 1 driver's license
• Class 2 would be an advantage
• Minimum requirements TTM or TMO
• A commitment to upskill in Traffic Management
• You need to be physically fit and have the ability to work outdoors for long hours
• It is essential you are able to collaborate and work well in a team.
