We are an established third-party logistics (3PL) company providing reliable and efficient transportation solutions for a wide range of cargo, including containerised, project, and special handling shipments. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Traffic Controller to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transportation schedules, including import, export, collection, and return jobs.
• Monitor and manage drivers' attendance, deployment, and daily work assignments.
• Liaise closely with drivers, customers, and internal coordinators to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations.
• Coordinate container stuffing and unstuffing activities, chassis shifting, and other operational requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution of transport movements while optimizing fleet utilization and productivity.
• Provide timely operational updates and reports to management.
• Verify and process drivers' trip claims and supporting documentation accurately.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Traffic Controller in the transportation, logistics, or container haulage industry.
• Proficient in the use of Portnet and familiar with PSA port operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, container yards, and port operations.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
