5.5 days (Monday - Friday, Saturday Half day)
Location: Jurong East
Basic Salary: $3500 - $4000 + Allowances

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly delivery jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor ongoing deliveries and resolve delays or operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers on job assignments, routes, schedules and special requirements.
• Track job progress and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements, updates and additional charges.
• Monitor operational costs and ensure all billable charges are properly documented.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and servicing schedules to minimize breakdowns.
• Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, manage attendance and performance issues, and escalate major concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in logistics operations, job planning, fleet control or traffic management.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills to manage daily delivery operations.
• Able to work well in a team
