TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS

ABOUT THE ROLE:

XTraffic is seeking Experienced Traffic Controllers to join our team in Coburg, VIC.
This is a casual role, providing traffic control services across various work sites in Melbourne.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Directing traffic and pedestrians safely through, past and around work zones
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and traffic management plans
• Maintaining communication with site supervisors and other crew members via UHF
• Setting up and removing traffic control devices, equipment and signage
• Providing excellent customer service to all road users including pedestrians

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Current Traffic Controller Tickets:
  TC1 / TMI1 - RIISS00058 & RIIS00060
  TC2 / TMI2 - RIISS00059 & RIIS00061
• 1+ Year experience (Desirable)
• 2+ Years experience and/or Team Leading experience (Highly Desirable)
• Great work ethic and positive attitude
• Proven experience within the traffic management industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and also independently
• Commitment to safety and following procedures
• Availability for casual/flexible work hours
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of reading & implementing a TMP/TGS.
