Traffic Controllers

Our client is gearing up for their busy up and coming roading season and we are looking for experienced Traffic Controllers to join their crews now.

Our client is a well-established and reputable Traffic Management company that takes pride in their work while ensuring the highest level of safety is undertaken on all work sites at all times.

We are currently on the look-out for experienced TTM workers to join their Hawkes Bay based crews now. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and smooth flow of Traffic Management systems are in place and working collaboratively within the team.

This role would suit a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing traffic and pedestrians accordingly
• Working collaboratively within a team environment
• Maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment
• Set up and pack down of work sites, performing labour tasks i.e., setting up road signage, placing road cones and barriers etc

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months proven experience as a TC
• Current TMO or TTM certification
• Full Class 1 Licence (Restricted may be considered)
• Will need to pass a drug and criminal conviction check
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Ability to travel away for work from time to time (accommodation & meals provided)
