TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT ADMIN

Based : Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru

Working days (5 days) : Mon - Fri (8.00 am - 5.30pm)

Responsibility

• Assist Division Manager (Wayleave) / HoD Project in daily project administration work which includes project support works, checking, verification of documents to ensure smooth running in daily operation.
• Develop and maintain an effective control system of filling, recording, communication and correspond.
• Assist on Traffic Management Division petty cash claim.
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
• To assist division / department to carry out data analysis of objectives achievement.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
• Compile documents from TMS / TMO to prepare reports.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Admin or relevant fields.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Strong in documentation.
• Good communication and correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
