TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Management, or a related field.
• Atleast 1 year of relevant experience in traffic management, road construction, infrastructure, or transportation projects.
• Experience in road and bridge construction projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of traffic control, traffic diversion, road safety, and temporary traffic management systems.
• Familiarity with Traffic Management Plans (TMP), traffic control devices, road signage, lane closures, detours, and work-zone safety.
• Experience coordinating with DPWH, LGUs, traffic authorities, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ability to monitor and implement approved Traffic Management Plans and ensure compliance at the project site.
• Knowledge of applicable Philippine traffic laws, DPWH standards, road safety requirements, and construction safety regulations.
• Capable of conducting site inspections, traffic assessments, and monitoring of traffic flow around construction areas.
• Ability to prepare traffic management reports, monitoring records, incident reports, and recommendations.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site inspections, including night or extended-hour work when required by project operations.
• Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH), BOSH, or relevant traffic management training/certification is an advantage.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
