Traffic Management Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all traffic equipment is complete, in good condition, and ready for use before patrol duties begin.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of traffic equipment and operational areas.
• Act as an official witness during equipment or goods swapping for each working shift.
• Perform mandatory monthly inspections of all traffic-related equipment.
• Report any shortages, damages, or losses of equipment immediately.
• Arrange replacement of lost or damaged equipment in a timely manner.
• Lodge police reports for any equipment damaged due to vandalism or public vehicle incidents.
• Ensure all traffic control requirements are adequately prepared before duty starts.
• Reorganize NBJ extensions beyond the designated work area as required.
• Ensure night shift personnel report for duty ahead of schedule.
• Maintain and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Prepare and submit Traffic Management Safety Reports (TMSR) as required.

Requirements

• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
• Able to work in night shifts
• Physically fit to perform field inspections and patrol duties
• Prior experience in traffic management, construction safety, or site supervision is an advantage
• Able to prepare basic reports (TMSR)
