About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Trailer Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively assist our diverse customer base.

The successful candidate will help customers find the right trailer for their needs, provide product information, generate sales leads, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers interested in purchasing trailers.
• Communicate fluently with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate trailers.
• Explain trailer features, specifications, pricing, and financing options, as applicable.
• Generate new sales leads through phone calls, walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare sales quotes, complete paperwork, and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective buyers to close sales and meet sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Keep the sales area and trailer inventory organized and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build customer relationships and confidently close sales.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn sales and inventory systems.
• Willingness to learn about trailer types, features, specifications, and applications.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Full-time position. Schedule and working hours will be discussed during the interview.
